Cancellation

You, the Client, may cancel this agreement for services at any time before midnight of the fifth day after the services begin. See the attached notice of cancellation form for an explanation of this right.

Notice of Cancellation

You may cancel this agreement for services, without any penalty or obligation, within five days from the start of services.

If you cancel, any payment made by you under this contract must be returned within 15 days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice.

Mentoring calls

There are no refunds on missed or canceled calls because time was reserved for you.  There are no guarantees any call can be rescheduled.

Length of Service

Achieving an optimal credit profile could require up to six months of continued service. Creditcure has a “cancel anytime” policy. Client has the option to cancel anytime without further obligation. Refunds are not given for services already rendered. Partial months are not refunded. Should Creditcure believe it is unable to resolve your credit problems within six months, Creditcure will promptly contact Client.

Guarantee

Creditcure cannot guarantee any specific outcome for any clients due to factors that are not under Creditcure’s control.

Simply not accessing our services does not cancel your membership.

Creditcure’s services include an in-depth review and analysis of the Client’s credit reports and advice on how to remove inaccurate or outdated data. The projected length of time could depend on the reporting agencies and/or the Client’s ability to provide necessary documents to fulfill certain tasks.

Creditcure is not a credit repair company.  Creditcure does not dispute items on Client’s credit reports.  Instead, Creditcure will review Client’s credit report as part of its monthly mentoring program to assist clients to reach their financial goals. 

Credit reports are generated and maintained by third parties.  Credit reports may be purchased from third parties.  Creditcure does not sell credit reports and has no control as to what appears on the Client’s credit report.

Creditcure will also seek options for Client to build and improve credit. However, the Client must understand this process takes time.

Although Creditcure cannot guarantee specific results due to the unique nature of your circumstances and your credit file, Creditcure understands the need to cancel Creditcure’s credit mentoring service which includes meeting with the client and discussing credit scores, debt and budgeting and other information to better utilize assets.  If within 120 days and Client has performed all tasks requested by Creditcure and still has not successfully increased earnings (from passive income or otherwise), Client has the opportunity to request a refund of up to the cost of 1 month of mentoring fee; a 10% processing fee applies. 

Creditcure also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellation Service Charge

This cancellation charge refers to those charges that shall be payable by Client under the Minimum Contract Term or renewal period if Client terminated the contract earlier than the stipulated termination date.

A cancellation fee applies to the following scenarios:

Client cancelled the appointment at the last-minute

Client does not show up for appointment(s)

The cancellation fee applies for all clients who paid in advance and calculated as follows:

Level 1 Client: 15% penalty fee of up to 6 months mentoring fee

Level 2 Client: 20% penalty fee of up to 6 months mentoring fee

Delivery of cancellation

Client must cancel in writing and send a message to connect@getcreditcure.com.
